I’m sorry my fellow fit tumblrs, it has been extremely too long since I’ve been on here.
MONTHS. I was starting to get unhealthy with my weight loss, so I had to cut myself off from this tumblr account. I never did delete it though.

however! I can say, that since the last time I’ve been on here,
I’VE LOST 13 POUNDS. :D

YAY. so, sorry for the lack of activity, but I want to hear from you guys.

I’ll post a another text post later tonight about how I lost the weight and how I plan to keep it up.

long time, no see, Tumblr.

I’m sorry. it’s been forever since I’ve been on.

I’ve been really busy. but I’m back in full force (:

I tumble! lol. I really do. or watch tv; anything to keep me occupied. 
it also helps that there isn’t an overload of food in the house.

Since its just me and my siblings in the house, we don’t really stock up on food.
the downside of that is when we don’t have food in the house, they love fast food. :/
which is crazy because my sister is stick thin and my brother is buff. 

I used to binge at night, but I hated it because:
1. I would bring it all back up.
2. I would feel soo bloated the next morning and my stomach would be huge.

I learned that the affects weren’t worth the temporary taste of chips or other junk food.
I hope you can find something that works for you, darling. (:
